Ingredients:
Dressing:
- 1-2 tablespoons B-Spicy cashew chili paste
- 1 red Thai chili, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Salad:
- 2 cups green papaya, shredded
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1 tablespoon crushed roasted peanuts (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the B-Spicy cashew chili paste, red Thai chili, garlic, lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar until well combined.
- Assemble the salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green papaya, cherry tomatoes, green beans, and shredded carrot.
