
Spicy Pad-Thai My Way
Pad Thai with B-Spicy Pad Thai Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp vegetable or peanut oil
- 1/4 cup tofu, cubed
- 1 egg
- Shrimp (as desired)
- 200g rice noodles, soaked
- 2 tbsp B-Spicy Pad Thai sauce
- 2-3 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Optional: Extra bean sprouts and green onions for garnish
Directions:
Heat Oil:Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
Cook Protein:
Add tofu, egg, and shrimp to the pan. Cook until almost done.
Add Noodles and Sauce:
Add soaked noodles and 2 tbsp B-Spicy Pad Thai sauce. Stir to coat the noodles evenly.
Sauté Noodles:
Add 2-3 tbsp water and sauté until noodles are soft and fully cooked.
Add Vegetables:
Stir in bean sprouts and green onions. Cook until combined and heated through.
Serve:
Serve hot, garnished with extra bean sprouts and green onions, if desired. Enjoy!
