Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unripe mango, shredded
  • 1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1-3 red radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple tom yum sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Fish sauce, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded mango, purple cabbage, and sliced radishes.
  2. Add the maple tom yum sauce and lime juice, and mix well.
  3. Season with fish sauce to taste, adjusting the flavor as desired.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
