
Pork BBQ Brochettes
Makes 4–6 brochettes
Ingredients:
400 g pork shoulder with some fat intact, cut into small cubes
2 tbsp Thai BBQ sauce (B-Spicy Thai BBQ Sauce recommended)
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Pork:
In a mixing bowl, combine the pork cubes with Thai BBQ sauce, fish sauce, and olive oil. Mix well to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.
For the best flavor, cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Prepare for Grilling:
Remove the marinated pork from the refrigerator and skewer the pieces onto brochettes.
Let the skewers sit at room temperature for about 20–30 minutes before grilling.
3. Grill the Brochettes:
Preheat your grill to medium heat.
Grill the brochettes for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until the pork is cooked through and nicely charred.
Serve:
Remove from the grill and drizzle with extra Thai BBQ sauce before serving.
