Ingredients:
- 200g rice noodles
- 2-3 tbsp B-Spicy Pad-Thai Sauce
- 200g protein of choice (chicken, shrimp, or tofu)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp vegetable or peanut oil
- 3 tbsp water
- Optional: Red chili flakes, cilantro, extra lime wedges for garnish

Prepare Noodles:
Soak rice noodles in warm water for 20-30 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside. -
Cook Protein:
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add your protein (chicken, shrimp, or tofu) and cook until done. Remove and set aside. -
Scramble Eggs:
In the same pan, add more oil if needed. Crack in the eggs and scramble until fully cooked. -
Combine Ingredients:
Return the cooked protein to the pan with the eggs. Add drained noodles, B-Spicy Pad-Thai Sauce, and water. Toss gently to coat noodles. Stir in bean sprouts and green onions. -
Garnish and Serve:
Transfer to plates and garnish with crushed peanuts, lime wedges, red chili flakes, and green onion, if desired.
